It was over two years ago, when I started to plan my retirement, that I began to dream about opening a yoga studio in the neighborhood that I grew up in- the Excelsior District.
My dream has become a reality, and my hope is for Love and Light Yoga to become a place where community members come together to become better versions of themselves through the practice of yoga. I look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood and to practicing yoga with you!
